They are little balls made of white and black sesame, dates, ground cashews... and honey to make it all stick together. A healthy treat! Also not sure whether he is supposed to be dealing with descending sequences as I couldn't seen any examples in his book ? He has done a few using the same methodology used in the previous exercise.
